Joe Scali
Managing Principal
Mr. Scali is the Managing Principal for Scali Group, LLC. He manages client engagements, interaction with potential sellers, the daily operations, and the progressive vision of the company.
Prior to founding Scali Group, Joe was an Associate in the Deal Origination Group at Dinan & Company. He was responsible for actively identifying, originating, and analyzing investment opportunities for private equity groups and corporate acquirers primarily in the business services, oil and gas, transportation, industrial manufacturing, and specialty chemical distribution industries.
Mr. Scali began his Merger & Acquisition career within the Property & Casualty division of National Financial Partners (NYSE: NFP) recently acquired by Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP). Previously, he was responsible for canvassing industrial properties in Phoenix for Cutler Commercial real estate brokerage.
Mr. Scali received a B.S. in Finance from The University of Arizona. He currently holds his property & casualty insurance and real estate license in the state of Arizona.

David Torres
Deal Origination Associate
David is an Associate at Scali Group, LLC. David initiates and develops marketing campaigns to implement a collaborative function between organizations that best promotes growth.
Prior to joining Scali Group, David was employed at Ruffalo Cody as a student fundraiser. He was in charge of exploring alternative donor associations as well as perpetuating existing relationships between the university and alumni.
David received his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Arizona.

Brennan Pina
Deal Origination Associate
Brennan is an Associate at Scali Group, LLC. Brennan performs internal diligence activities to ensure that industry-specific searches comply with the long-term development strategies of our clients.
Prior to joining Scali Group, Brennan held multiple positions at Arizona State University being a Special Events Intern for Access ASU, member of the SPARKS Student Organization Leadership Board, and also the Student Center Facilities Manager.
Brennan received his B.S. in Public Policy from Arizona State University.

Grey Gardner

Grey is an associate at Scali Group LLC. He conducts industry-specific searches to facilitate our client’s growth strategies through mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Scali Group, Grey was a Community Account Specialist at Bulk Waste Solutions in Chandler, Arizona. He was in charge of maintaining client relationships and overseeing community operations.
Grey received his B.A in Communication from the University of Arizona.

Michael Lemoine
Deal Origination Associate
Michael is an associate at Scali Group, LLC. Michael sources high quality investment opportunities for private capital investors and strategic buyers to stream corporate growth through mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Scali Group, Michael was a Student Recruiter for the University of Arizona. He led recruiting events and assisted prospective students on the admissions process and information needed to be completed.
Michael received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

Michael Cialdella

Michael is an Associate at Scali Group, LLC. As part of his role, he performs industry specific searches assisting clients in assessing the strategic fit of a business and facilitating strategies through M&A.
Prior to joining Scali Group, Mike held a position at the University of Arizona’s Recreation Facility. He was in charge of coordinating and facilitating recreational programs and events, while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Michael received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
